A 5 session’s workshop with Hannah Richards; giving you the tools and knowledge to start you on your journey towards optimum health.

In only 5 sessions this course will give you the tools to understand the direct link between health and happiness. Giving you practical help to clean up your diet and so improve your memory and concentration, clear up skin conditions, increase your energy levels and find your ideal weight. You will discover more about nutrition and how it effects the body and mind than ever before.

Health professionals will cover subjects such as lower back pain, lifestyle changes, cravings and addictive behaviour. This practical workshop will give you the right tools for a healthy summer.

Week two - Digestion / Exercise (lower back pain) - Guest Speaker Claud Serjeant
Week three - Sugar Cravings and Addiction - Guest speaker Noam Sagi
Week four - Sleep and Circadian Rhythms
Week five - The white devils of food / Aromatherapy - Guest Speaker - Jenny James

  • The interactive and practical workshop will take place at the beautiful Kingyo Therapy centre in 37 Spring Street (Paddington / Lancaster Gate stations).
  • Sessions will run on 5 consecutive from 19th June on Friday evenings between 19:00-21:00
  • The workshop will be run on a special ‘spring offer’ for £125 for the entire workshop.

Hannah Richards - Hannah is a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor and C.H.E.K Holistic
Lifestyle Coach. Metabolic Typing allows the individual to free yourself from cravings,
achieve your ideal weight, enjoy high energy and robust health and prevent and reverse
disease. No two Individuals are the same and so each person will require a different
amount of Macro Nutrients (proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats) to function optimally. '

Claud has been in the industry for 10 years now and has been an intern at the C.H.E.K
Institute for 5 years now. He has a holistic approach in order to find the root cause of many
clients struggling with pain and postural issues. His work has been recognised by
physiotherapists and chiropractors and has since worked closely with them. He strongly
believes in George Goodhearts idea. The body is made up of 3 systems, chemical, mental
and physical. You can't treat one without the other.

 

Noam Sagi - Body centred Psychotherapist - Noam’s work with different kinds of addictive behaviours made him a well known professional in the field of recovery. His work incorporates the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the person, Noam consider every individual as different and unique.   

 

Jenny James - Jenny is a Complementary Therapist specialising in Aromatherapy.
Jenny comprehensively combines aromatherapy in an holistic healing treatment, with deep
tissue massage and neuromuscular techniques, in order to treat clients on a psychological
and physiological level.
