Using knowledge, skill and experience of homeopathic medicine, talk and bodywork therapies your practitioner will address any weakness with the best complementary approach.
How Does It Work?
Consultations take normally up to an hour, and different issues of general health, diet, medical care, functions and physical, mental or emotional well-being and life style may be discussed.
According to the individual nature of the complaints at hand and the client, an appropriate complementary medical approach will be suggested. that could mean anything from homeopathic remedies to body therapies or a referral to a more suitable health professional when indicated.
Although positive results may well be experienced from start, one should leave at least 4-6 appointments to be able to establish a sustainable healthy outcome.

Therapeutic Sports Massage (T.S.M) incorporates the best elements from different hands-on techniques (deep tissue/advanced,energetic) to achieve desirable results in every case. This fusion is supported with natural and homeopathic remedies to enhance the therapeutic outcome.
Swedish Massage – The classical holistic full-body technique. It relaxes tension in muscle tissue effecting the skeletal, cardiovascular, nervous and lymphatic systems. By relaxing and stimulating these areas, blood flow increases and energy balance is restored. This can remove stress and anxiety and flush toxins off the body. It can also improve skin tone, digestion, increase mobility, strengthen the immune system and enhance concentration.
Indian Head Massage – Concentrating on the upper body, shoulders scalp and face. Indian Head Massage works on the central control areas downwards stimulating these sensitive spots and therefore found effective in helping conditions like tiredness, headaches, migraines and mental activity.
Reiki is a Japanese practice of complementary health that may support natural healing and balance. its a hands-on technique where the practitioner uses human heat to try and help overcome physical, mental or emotional traumas and obstacles. Reiki is extremely relaxing when applied alongside more physical therapies.
T.S.M. may help treat a variety of conditions:
