Sugar cravings can be eliminated by increasing certain foods that are limited in the diet."

There are many factors contributing to depression. Lifestyle changes and exercising can help release chemicals in the brain that increase the ʻfeel good factorʼ. However if you put the right fuel in the engine, you’re half way there!"
► Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy Ben J McKie "Psychotherapy involves evaluating your thoughts and behaviours, identifying stresses that contribute to depression, and working to modify both. People who actively participate in therapy are said to recover more quickly and have fewer relapses. Therapy is treatment that addresses specific causes of depression; it is not a "quick fix." It takes longer to begin to work than antidepressants, but there is evidence to suggest that its effects last longer. Antidepressants may be needed immediately in cases of severe depression, but the combination of therapy and medicine can be very effective. I would however suggest clients to engage in therapy before starting medication and then if they feel they need medication they can discuss with therapist and act accordingly."
